The 3rd Annual Bourbon and Barbeque Festival is seeking partners in the endeavor of bringing amazing Bourbon, Barbeque and Cocktails, as well as, bringing regional participants to our great city. We are having 6 Barbeque Vendors each tasked with provide 1 signature Barbeque sample for participants, 6 Bourbon’s will be paired with each sample and local bars and restaurant’s providing 4 cocktails featuring our Bourbon partners. VIP participants will receive a select Bourbon offering sponsored by Knob Creek, private VIP Lounge with a private chef experience, and hand rolled cigars on site.
The past two years have been highly successful. In the past our marketing has been focused in the Shreveport area. This year, we will be significantly expanding. Half of our Barbeque Vendors are from outside the Shreveport area. From Tyler to Monroe, Texarkana to Alexandria, we are sending marketing out to all of the Ark-La-Tex and beyond.
Our goal is to grow this year’s event with your help. Our average attendance for the last two years has been 400 people with both years selling out VIP. This year we will be expanding VIP and adding select Barrel Pick offerings; our expected attendance will be 800+ people. Moving our date to April when the weather isn’t so hot, we expect to improve our attendance as well.
Last year, attendants made it clear that Bourbon is the driving factor to growing our festival, this is why we selected 2 Barrel Picks to help grow our attendance. Additionally, our goal is to partner with Brands that we love, but also bring value to both us and our partners alike.
The growth potential for this event is only limited by our imagination. We plan to have more barbeque vendors, a greater bourbon selection, bring in more artists, and greater entertainment with your help.
